Summer Reading

The Rockwall County Library annually sponsors a theme-based summer reading program for babies, children, teens, and adults. This year's theme is Color Our World and begins Monday, June 2 and goes through August 2, 2025. To see the full lineup, see our Summer Reading Club Newsletter!

Children's Summer Reading Club

Sign up for the Children’s Summer Reading Club in person at the library to track your reading for prizes! You do not have to sign up for the SRC to attend programs. Families must return completed children's reading logs to the library in order to receive prizes. If you need extra copies of the children's Summer Reading Club log, feel free to print them using the link provided.

Teen Read Club

Teens (ages 11 to 18 or entering 6th-12th grade) can sign up for the Teen Read Club in person at the library or at the link below. Each completed, returned Teen Log becomes a raffle ticket for the Teen Read prizes. Logs can be returned digitally or you may pick up a log at the library or print your own paper copies. Read the instructions carefully. Once you have signed up for the Teen Read Club, you may start working on completing your log.

Adult Summer Reading Club

Adults 18 and up are invited to join our Adult Summer Reading Club! Enjoy fun events and get the chance to win great prizes by completing and returning your reading logs. You can sign up in person or online using the link below. Logs can be filled out on paper or digitally—each completed log you return earns you an entry into our prize raffle!Be sure to submit your logs by Saturday, August 2nd at 4 PM. Winners will be drawn on Monday, August 4th.
