We must be able to contact you to notify you at different stages of a case. Therefore, we must have current contact information for you, at all times.
Our Victim Assistance Coordinator will contact you regarding the case.
If you wish to fill out a Victim's Impact Statement, ask the coordinator when you are contacted.
Crime victim's restitution forms are available through the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Victim Services Division.
If you would like to be notified upon the release of a defendant from jail/prison, VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) registration and information are available through the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Victim Services Division.
