On December 9th, 2020, the Rockwall County Commissioner's Court appointed me as your County Clerk. I am honored to have been elected by the citizens as the Rockwall County Clerk on November 8, 2022, and I feel privileged to continue to serve the citizens of this great community. The Rockwall County Clerk's office handles records from birth to death and beyond, including, Real Property, DD214's, TABC Certifications, Assumed Name Business Filings, Cattle Brands, Birth Records, Death Records, Marriage Licenses, Misdemeanor Cases, Probate Cases, Guardianship Cases, Mental Health Cases, Occupational Driver's Licenses, Civil Appeals from the JP Courts and Municipal Courts, and Misdemeanor Cases. In my role as County Clerk, I also serve on the Bail Bond Board and as the Commissioner's Court Clerk.
With over thirteen years of experience in the Rockwall County Clerk's office, I have a proven record for exceeding goals and have a firm commitment to the citizens of Rockwall County. I possess a natural leadership style and while leading, I lead by example. I am hardworking, results driven and a team player with dedication to ongoing professional development. I am prepared to continue to streamline work processes while serving the interests of the entire County through efficient, cost-effective operations, ensuring preservation of all records and enabling increased access to information.
My husband, Chad and I have been married over 20 years and are the proud parents of our son, Christian who is in college. We have lived in Rockwall for over 20 years and are members of Lakepointe Church. We have three fur babies, and my hobbies include landscaping and watching anything crime related. My community involvement includes: Rockwall County Clerk, former PAC Treasurer for the Rockwall County Republican Women's Club, Castle Ridge HOA Secretary, Member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Royse City Chamber of Commerce, Member of Rockwall Women in Business, Member of Friends of the Library, and past Secretary for the Rockwall County GOP Reagan Day event.
