April 13, 2023 – The Rockwall County Commissioners’ Court celebrated the dedication of the Discovery Statue. Rockwall City Council commissioned the project, which was directed by local artist, Jim Bryant. The Discovery Statue can be enjoyed on the Southeast corner of the Historic Courthouse.
