Changes to the Rockwall County Library policies effective October 1, 2012 include an annual borrower card fee of $30 per household for those living outside Rockwall County. A non-resident computer use only card is available at an annual fee of $10 per individual.
These fees will not apply to Rockwall County residents. Proof of address will be needed annually to verify residence (driver's license, utility bill, property tax statement, voter registration card, etc.).
