A County Indigent Health Care Program (CIHCP) household is a person living alone or two or more persons living together where legal responsibility for support exists.
Residency
An applicant must live in and intend to remain in Rockwall County.
CIHCP Monthly Income Standards
These standards are based on the 2022 Federal Poverty Guideline (FPG). Certain amounts of income may be exempt if there are work-related expenses or child / dependent care costs.
