Juvenile and Minor Offenses

There are two classifications for young people charged with offenses in Justice of the Peace Court. A Minor is a young person under the age of 21. A Juvenile is a person under the age of 17. If you are under the age of 17 years you MUST file your plea in open court before the Judge.
